This is the 5th conference of the series International Conference on Management (ICoM) which was started in 2011, with the idea to bring together scientists, researchers, PhD students as well as the representatives of the business sector to exchange and share their experiences and research results about contemporary management issues. An additional goal of the conference is to provide a place for academicians and professionals with multi-disciplinary interests related to organization, business and management issues.

The official language of the Conference is English with no translation.
Publications
All the lectures (4-5 pages) will be reviewed and published in Conference Proceedings on CD with ISBN. The materials of the Conference Proceedings will be available in online repository as well. Papers will be published only with fully confirmed registration and payment.
After the Conference, the extended and revised versions of the papers proposed by the Scientific Committee and the reviewers will be published in Monographs (published by English, Hungarian and Polish publishers) or in different acknowledged scientific journals (four Hungarian and one Polish) in English language. (The minimum size of the monograph and journal papers should be 20,000-22,000 characters (10-15 pages).)
